This seems like a really good idea, and I bet you get a nice result from it. We recorded ours with just a single SM58 lol but I probably would like to record it again with a similar idea to this. I also really like your dice idea, its artistic and unique and would love to see how it works for real.

Hey Richard, great score! I feel we should add musical elements to the dice numbers rather than physical sounds...chat to you all later but in a nut shell we have four members who could either drop out according to the dice roll or add an extra element to our individual parts, silence could be the fifth element and perhaps we play the piece backwards as a sixth option. Lets discuss it. Simon.

Hi guys, indeed your music is evolving nicely. I enjoyed your performance on tuesday. Richard, this blog has also been a good example of reflective writing, keep it up, just 3 weeks to go ! What are you guys planning next? did you make any decisions based on the tuesday class?

Hey Richard...I still think there is an element that we could activate and incorporate somewhere into our piece. Wanna borrow the dice man book? Simon.

the 'gliding' is achieved in proxy space by adding a fade time:

~mySound.fadeTime =4;

the 4 is 4 untis of the clock which by default amounts to seconds...
